It is a documental book published by me in German language, 2000 specimens, in February 1982 in Oberursel near Frankfurt– upon- Men. The book contains my complaint to general Jaruzelski, which was forwarded by Polish Ambassador in Kolonia to Ministry of Justice , Unfortunately, the Ministry did not take up my case basing on the acts of Naval Court in Gdynia - this i san information I received from the ministry. But the Ministry of justice is not reliable, because they say at the same time that this information regards another person of the same name, that is another Jerzy Kowalczyk . However, I never received any response to my complaint despite the fact I still ask for it. The book was announced in German magazine "Die Zeit" and it spread all over the world. It can be found in the libraries of American congress, in Hoover`s Institute, Bundestag and on many German and American universities. It was published in Polish language in 1982 only in 150 specimens. It is unavailable in Poland, and it is the high time at least for historians to get familiar with it. Historians widely describe the aspirations of general Moczar to capture the power and they mysteriously stop talking and cannot explain what where the reasons why he finally did not take the power. The answer can be found in this book. My complaint to governing authorities contains proof of my experiences with communist and Moczar`s mob , as well as my comments on the topic from that time together with some documents. General`s Moczar fraction of PZPR wanted at first to enlist me as a secret collaborator and although they did not manage to do this, they tried to make me give false court statements against the brother-in –law of Gomułka , which means they wanted to coup d`etat and to murder me afterwards. I put a trial of constructing an ontology of a new kind, that is Ontology of Non-antagonistic Development which was based of innovative idea of non-antagonism of the opposites, and on the conception of nonexistence that exists ant through this being affirmates existence. The book also presents practical uses of the theory of non-antagonist development. New ideas were confronted both with traditional metaphysical categories as well as with nominal concepts of contemporary science. Wide historical context lets evaluate originality of the solutions given and objectiveness of introducing them. Numerous refers to modern life in its political, moral and existentional aspects were aimed to show topicality of the introduced idea of non-antagonistic development for a human facing the challenges of postindustrial age. The book is an output of homely-grown philosopher, a person who wad hard experienced because of the time and the place where he had to live, but he did not surrender because of the circumstances which degenerate all generations but made an attempt of intellectual defeating of limiting him ties. Lack of academical background of the author often makes readers dismiss the ideas presented in the book as senseless. It is quite easy, as the work on the theory is being done in default of unfavorable indifference of scientific circles. We must realize however that the New paradigm presented in the theory of non-antagonistic development puts into suspicion many of solutions of modern science, which authority was or it seemed to be uncontested. Silence of science world is motivated by the desire of preserving old, rather shaking, status quo.
